Taking 100% Responsibility in Grayslake/Gurnee

Our Grayslake/Gurnee Team got together on March 17th for their quarterly Connections meeting about 100% responsibility.

Connections meetings are a time when teams do just that, connect! Teams also have the opportunity to learn different self-awareness concepts that support them to become effective leaders at work and in their lives.

This quarter’s concept is taking 100% Responsibility. Taking 100% Responsibility means consciously recognizing how our actions contribute to a situation, instead of blaming others. It is considering our part in creating the issue and accepting full responsibility.
