Our Schaumburg team took part in a Culture Meeting followed by Connections!
Schaumburg started their Saturday off with a Culture Meeting and then some Connections afterward. It was a fantastic turnout from their team, who were treated to a breakfast of sausage, eggs and pancakes (with a fruit bar for toppings). They then helped get their store in the holiday spirit by decorating stockings to hang!
The day began with great feedback from the staff from their recent culture survey. The team was super engaged and showed a lot of care for their store and fellow team members! This was followed by the Curious vs. Right Connections meeting, which was also a great success as it gave the staff some more great tools to understand different ideas and perspectives from one another.
The team ate, discussed, laughed, and most importantly enjoyed spending time with each other. Even though it was early (9 a.m., to be exact), they were all there for each other with the common goal of bettering their store and culture!
