River North Celebrates Team Members 20th Anniversary

River North’s longtime employee, Alfredo Apolonio, celebrated 20 Years at Lou’s on August 2nd!

Alfredo was hired as a busser in 2004 and has since grown into one of the finest Kitchen Supervisors in the company, GM Eric Casady says. A wonderful speech was given by BOH Manager Augustin Medrano, who highlighted Alfredo’s journey with Lou’s and his tremendous work ethic that still shines through two decades later. The celebration was topped off with a delicious mocha tres leches cake and gift card to a neighboring steakhouse in River North.

Congratulations to Alfredo on this amazing achievement! It’s so great to see him recognized by his store and celebrated by his fellow team members!
