Oak Park Receives Praise Following Fundraiser

We recently hosted a 20% night at our Oak Park, Naperville Downtown and 95^th Street stores. This fundraiser was held for the “Franco Pattino Endowment Fund,” and the host of the event went to the Oak Park store for dinner. He wrote a very kind note following the event, stating that it’s great working with the Lou Malnati’s staff. He had high praise for his waiter, Elliot, as well as the manager who he introduced himself to. He explained to the manager that he planned to pick up frozen pizzas for people who could not attend the event, and was impressed at how the manager directed her staff to bag and label the pizzas. This extra dose of customer service made it much easier for the host to drop off the pizzas, and he was extremely grateful.
