“We had a college graduation party for my daughter at Lou’s, and they could not have been better!! It started with us going from 40 to 62 people, rearranging us to another room, which was upstairs. When I called to change, they made no qualm whatsoever! They made it sound effortless! … Everything was seamless and they could not have been more pleasant.
The night of the party ROBERTO (kudos to him), and HEATHER, had all the tables set up, placed so nicely, with an extra table, for the cocktails they kept asking if anyone needed clean glasses, the pizzas kept coming, the salads kept coming and there was NO lapse, I mean NO lapse at all with their FANTASTIC, CARING , service! They were a 10!!! We had a few families that are even booking their venues there now. Also, all had a great time!!! Great, fantastic job!!! We will always promote LOU’S!!!”
