This month’s Malnati Rockstar is our team of Lou Malnati’s Cancer Research Benefit Volunteers!
We would like to recognize and celebrate the incredible Lou’s Team Members who volunteered their time to support our 51st annual Lou Malnati’s Cancer Research Benefit on Saturday, Sept. 30. To put on an event that size requires contributions from so many different people, and every single one of them was up to the challenge of preparing for, welcoming, and feeding nearly 600 guests. We are so grateful for their support all throughout the day and night and are thankful they represent our Tradition of Generosity.

In addition to the volunteers who worked the event, Jaime Solis (Kitchen Ops Support) would also like to give special thanks to:
