This month’s Malnati Rockstar is Derrick from Rockford!
One gentleman wrote in to tell us about his experience picking up pizza from Rockford. He said,
“To whom it may concern,
My name is Kevin, I’m a business owner and have hired hundreds of employees for my business’s over my lifetime. I recently ordered and picked up a pizza in your Rockford store the other day, I have missed this treat for many years since I have been overseas and live in a small town now not close to any of your stores. I arrived early and watched a young man named Derrick interact with your customers, I was very impressed on how polite and informative he was, I like to give people props when they are due, from what I seen, You have a employee that loves what he does and is an asset to your company. This young man has a bright future in whatever he does.
In these trying times employees like Derrick are definitely one in a million type of person. I wish him well in life and I would hire a 100 of Derrick types!”
Derrick did such an excellent job taking care of the customers and making their orders his top priority. We’re so grateful to have Derrick on our Rockford team!
