Our first Malnati Rockstar is Megan from Elk Grove!
A customer wrote in to tell us about not one, but TWO outstanding experiences they had with Megan! They said,
“Last night, for the second time this year, I dined at this location and was treated to exceptional service by Megan. If there is anyone who brings forth the quality and customer focus that was originated by Mr. Malnati back in 1971, it is Megan.”

Our second Malnati Rockstar is Penny from Tinley Park!
Penny received a remarkable review from a customer who was so impressed with her positive attitude and great customer service. Here’s what they said,
“I wanted to commend our server for her exemplary service. Penny was the epitome of kindness, charm, great attitude, and good service. She truly made my first visit a phenomenal one. Besides that, the food was fabulous! Penny is a keeper! I wish all servers I’ve met had her attitude. When I come back, and I will, I’m asking for her!”

Our third Malnati Rockstar is Tori from Naperville!
A former Giordano’s fan wrote in to tell us about how amazing Tori is! She even brags about her customer service. She said,
“I recently started ordering Lou Malnati’s for the past couple of months. I was previously a Giordano’s person, but the service and the pizza has not been great. I’m big on customer service and I noticed this young
lady that worked the front desk at Lou Malnati’s (Carry out) was very pleasant, I even noticed her greet customers by their name. The first couple times I went there I thought….mhmmmm maybe she’s just having a good day. However, every single time I go there she provides the same level of customer service to every single person. So, I went to pick up my pizza yesterday and as I started driving there, I said to myself I hope the same girl is there. Guess what! She was there I was so excited, and I told her that she provides the BEST customer service ever and what I love the most is that she is consistent. I’m not sure if the leadership team reads these reviews or not, but you need to know that TORI H is AWESOME. I go home and brag about the experience with her and she has set the bar for me. I told my daughter that she is the ONLY reason I choose Lou Malnati’s and she will keep me coming back. I hope your organization takes the time to tell her that she makes a difference.
