This month’s Malnati Rockstar is Patrick from Broad Ripple!
This entry came from our Broad Ripple manager, Alexander Smith, who had nothing but amazing things to say about Patrick and his dedication to the job. He said,
“We have a senior citizen team member named Patrick Macdonald, who is new to the company with this new store opening. He is the embodiment of hospitality, both to guests and his teammate. The indelible
moment that made him a Malnati rockstar in our hearts was when there was a marathon going on in Broad Ripple, and the bus line had shut down. We had 4 staff members unable to make it to work, as they were 40 blocks south of us and had no way other than the bus. Patrick volunteered to pick them up and bring them to work, which helped save a very busy Saturday nights. He jumps at the chance to be the greeter every day hosting, the most stressful guest-facing job, and has been open to taking deliveries as we struggle to hire drivers since opening day.He shows up and makes those around him happier, even in moments of stress.
The Broad Ripple location is incredibly lucky to have Patrick on their team!
