This month’s Malnati Rockstar is Rio from our Oak Park (IL) team!
Rio was nominated by his manager Brittany Johnson after he received FIVE 5-Star Tattle reviews in a day on TWO separate occasions. Here’s what she had to say about her Malnati Rockstar:
“A few months ago, Rio, one of our “jack of all trades” team members, developed into a server. Since then, he has been killing it. Just this week, in one day, he received (5) – 5 star tattle reviews; in addition, a table which wasn’t even his stopped me to compliment him and insisted the next time they came in, they would request him as their server. Rio continues to go above and beyond for his guests here at Oak Park Lou’s! We are so happy and appreciate he is part of our team.”
Additionally, here is a review left on Tattle during one of his five 5-star days:
“Rio delivered excellent service. Professional, friendly and attentive. I have eaten here many times, Rio has been the best server I’ve had.”
