A customer visiting Chicago for the first time wrote in to tell us about his exceptional experience with Steve.
“Please accept this letter as a commendation of Steve the bartender. During a recent and pleasurable dining experience, Steve displayed outstanding customer care, professionalism,
hospitality, and went above and beyond expectations.
Steve was personable as well as courteous enough to give us some great tips about the City of Chicago as we were visiting for the first time. His recommendations were on point, but not as great as his exceptional service. He let us try a couple of beers until we knew exactly what we wanted and recommended some of your best menu items. Steve certainly embodied your mission of providing a unique environment where the staff is committed to the customer and community.
Steve spoke of visiting Philadelphia in the near future. My girlfriend and I mentioned we would be happy to share some specific insider information about our great city as well. Please share this letter and my contact information so that he may do so.
Additionally, the food was exceptional as we visited another time during our four day stay. We couldn’t get enough. We actually went to Morton’s The Steakhouse and after our meal, we said we would have enjoyed Lou’s much more.
