This month’s Malnati Rockstar is Shirley from our Buffalo Grove team!
Shirley was nominated by her manager Sarah Nolen following an outstanding act of kindness performed on one of our customers. Shirley went above and beyond when it came to showing care toward an elderly woman who was dining alone in their store. The guest stayed at her table for two hours after she was done eating. Even though Shirley wasn’t her server, she went over to the table to offer the woman a ride home. The woman declined the offer but did take Shirley up on the offer to call her a cab. Shirley went to great lengths to make sure the woman was looked after and cared for.
