This month’s Malnati Rockstar is Kevin Jaques from Elk Grove! A customer sent us an email about an order that had to be remade, and you might be thinking this turned into a complaint, but in fact, the customer was so pleased with Kevin and the Elk Grove Team’s efforts to resolve the issue, he took the time to write a thank you!
“Kevin put in the extra effort to provide excellent customer service and maintained a smile on his face while meeting me at the door of my workplace and not knowing how I would react to the situation. That takes a lot of courage, but again I just wanted to thank Kevin who delivered our order, the manager on duty for waiving the charge, & most importantly providing delicious food.”
