This month’s Malnati Rockstar is Dennis from our Broadview (IL) team!
Dennis was nominated by his General Manager, Luis Marin after receiving some great feedback on their store reviews page. Here’s what the customer had to say about Dennis:
“We ordered a deep dish pizza on Thursday and loved it so much that we ordered it again on Friday. Both nights my husband and I were exhausted and mentally drained, and both nights it was Dennis who took our order. He didn’t rush my order or sound annoyed by the chaotic noise in the background. He was patient, friendly and kind. I love good customer service, but more than that I love consistency. The experience was over the top for us. It really goes a long way when you’re kind, and it made our day. Thanks Dennis! Also – shout out to whoever made the pizza, it was delicious!”
