This month’s Malnati Rockstar is Shirley from Buffalo Grove!
One customer was so pleased with Shirley’s hospitality she wrote in to tell us about it.
“My daughter and I stopped for lunch at the Buffalo Grove location during the holidays. We had a busy day and only a short time to get a bite to eat. We decided to go to Lou’s in Buffalo Grove, My daughter lives out of town now and was just visiting for the holidays. One of the first things she wants to eat when she is back in town is Lou Malnati’s deep dish cheese pizza. We explained to our server (Shirley D) that we were in a rush. She was so great and friendly, she went out of her way to take care of us. I was so impressed with her professional service I wanted to send you a note to let you know. It is rare and refreshing these days to see someone put in extra effort to accommodate their customers. We go out to restaurants and stores often and I can tell you, in my experience, that is rarely the case. I hope you are able to recognize Shirley and let her know her hard work is appreciated. Thank you.”
