This month’s Malnati Rockstar is Jay from our Bucktown team!
Jay was nominated by his General Manager Silvester Basave, who wanted to recognize Jay for five years of service at Lou’s and being a major reason why their store is receiving several perfect Tattle scores. Here’s what Silvester had to say:
“Jay is the main reason we are doing so well with our Tattle reviews. Any given week, he alone will bring in 95% (if not higher) of the Tattles for that week. The customers who review him mention him by name in the reviews and they always RAVE on how professional of a driver he is. He is always pleasant to customers and employees even when he is not feeling his best, and always willing to come in if we need driver help. Additionally, he taught other drivers to ask for customer reviews, which has led to an increase in reviews for all drivers in our store. We’re even working to get him a few shifts at Logan Square so he can train their drivers on how to ask for more Tattle reviews. In times when we are slow, Jay will stay busy by always looking for something to do, whether that’s folding a box, stocking the soda cooler, or wiping something down.”
District Manager Craig Bushor went on endorse the nomination of Jay for Malnati Rockstar, pointing out that he averages 30+ 5-Star Tattle reviews a month. Very impressive!
