This month’s Malnati Rockstar is Niki from Gold Coast!
Niki received not one, but TWO awesome compliments from our customers this month. The first is from a group of first timers she served. Here’s what they had to say about their experience:
“Amazing deep dish and awesome waitress, Niki! After being in a long flight from Jamaica we checked into our hotel and braved the cold and walked here to eat. We were greeted immediately and seated. We had one of the best servers we have ever had and her name was Niki Johnson. Knowing we were first timers her recommendations were on point and we had some of the best pizza we have ever had. Our drinks were never empty and she was always so willing to get more refills without hesitation. Thankfully for us the restaurant wasn’t too busy and we were able to visit with Niki! I cannot say enough great things about the food and most of all service we received while we were there. Thank you Niki for being so kind to a couple of tourists!”
The next is from a customer who hosted a private event at Gold Coast.
“The room was perfect and everyone loved the food. Our server was an absolute angel! Not only did she have everything ready, one of our guests recently had their wisdom teeth pulled and they could not eat solid foods yet. She accommodated by bringing her soup broth and soft boiled veggies so they could also enjoy the evening – above and beyond excellent service. Kudos to her! We will definitely come back!”
