This month’s Malnati Rockstar is Susan from Naperville!
Susan served a private party of 35 people for a rehearsal dinner, and the customer was so impressed with her service, she both called our Naperville managers AND sent us an email to compliment Susan. She wrote:
“I called the manager about 4 days later to highly compliment the service we had. Family members are still talking about it. We had 1 server, Susan, who did the best job EVER! We never wanted for anything. I’ve never seen 1 person serve so many with courtesy, care, promptness, and a personal touch. The manager, John, told me, ‘that’s what Sue does for us.’ The only help she had was when the pizza was served – the hostess came and helped to deliver the slices to the tables. I cannot say enough about the service we received from Susan. The food was also excellent but we expected that! We’ll be singing Susan’s praises for years to come when wedding memories come up!”
The customer called Susan a “server extraordinaire” and after reading this review, it’s clear they are right! Thanks for providing excellent hospitality and care for this party, Susan. Great work!
