This month’s Malnati Rockstar is Mike Gibbons from Naperville! One of our customers sent dinner to a family who had just lost a child and Mike made the delivery. The customer was so appreciative and impressed with Mike’s service, she sent us a heartfelt email:

He also said he noticed they were huge Cubs fans and said, ‘Isn’t it great she got to see them win a World Series?’ Lou’s has always had a special place in my heart…but this puts it over the top.
