This month’s Malnati Rockstar is Laura from Naperville!
Our Naperville location received a call around 5:00 pm from a woman who had scheduled her daughters wedding rehearsal dinner for 30 people at 5:30 pm that evening at Girodano’s. Giordano’s had called to say their ovens were broken and they could no longer accommodate their party. In a panic she called Lou’s in Naperville to see if there was anything they could do to help. Luckily, the team was able to accommodate their party at a moment’s notice, even though it was a busy Friday night. Laura was their server and made it her mission to make sure the party went off without a hitch. At the end of their dinner they were shocked to find Laura had picked up the tab! Laura truly exemplifies our core values and went out of her way to make sure her guests were satisfied and well tended to.
The mother of the bride sent a letter to the Naperville team to thank them again for all their help!
