Making Connections in Scottsdale

Our Scottsdale, AZ team held their Connections meeting on Saturday, September 7th.

This was an opportunity for their team to come together and do just that, CONNECT. It was also a time to learn a new self-awareness tool that supports us in being the best leader we can be. They learned about being either Above or Below the Line. We can either live Above the Line and believe that life is created BY me or Below the Line and believe that life happens TO me. When we are Above the Line, we are open and curious to learning and willing to take our 100% responsibility. When we are Below the Line, we are defensive, closed off to learning and committed to being right.

Let’s all commit to recognizing when we are Below the Line and then be willing to make a shift to Above the Line.
