Lou Malnati’s was named a 2023 Arizona Top Workplace!
It’s the second year in a row Lou’s has been named a Top Workplace in the state. The list of Top Workplaces is based on results from the annual 24-question survey conducted by Energage each June. Thanks to your excellent feedback last summer, we have once again been named to this list. This recognition speaks to the strong culture we have been able to cultivate in each of our eight Arizona stores, and that of course starts with the Team Members who work in them.
