For the third time in as many years, Lou Malnati’s has been named among the National Top Workplaces!
This national recognition comes after the same survey named us a Top Chicago Workplace for the 13th consecutive year while also making our debut on the list of Top Workplaces in Arizona and Wisconsin. Our ability to keep our great culture consistent across all our stores and markets speaks volumes about the people we have on our team. We are so fortunate to have a team of more than 3,500 individuals who work so incredibly hard to make Lou’s one of the nation’s top workplaces. This sort of accomplishment takes of all of us!
