Our Oak Park Team held their first Connections meeting on Saturday, April 7th.
What is Connections? It is a new program that honors our tradition of providing opportunities for personal growth to every team member.
Oak Park Manager, Jackie Healis, reflected on the first Connections meeting:
“It felt great being able to open the lines of communication between all of the departments. We were able to clear up any discrepancies and received a lot suggestions on how to improve. The staff really participated so I believe Connections was a great success.”
