Our June Malnati Rockstar for Back of House is Juan from Our Lakewood Team!
Juan was nominated by his General Manager Dan Wesolowski for his overall dedication to all he does. Here’s what Dan shared about Juan –
“I want to nominate Juan not only because of his work ethic, but also because he cares so much about his job – including the quality of our food. He always makes sure every pizza is PERFECT. Juan is so much fun to work with as he is always smiling and having fun with everyone around him, all while working hard from the time he punches in to the time he punches out. He knows all the positions in the back of house, and I’m excited to see what the future holds for him here at Lou Malnati’s. He deserves this shout out, especially after celebrating four years at Lou’s earlier this year. Thanks for being an amazing employee!!! We appreciate you.”
