Our July Malnati Rockstar is Paul from our Oakbrook Terrace team!
Paul was nominated by General Manager Melissa Damato for his care toward delivering exceptional guest experiences. Here’s what Melissa had to say about Paul –
“Paul embodies everything we strive for in our Malnati DNA. He takes the time to connect with our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed, valued, and cared for during every visit. His outstanding customer service has earned him the admiration of countless guests; many of whom jokingly believe he is “Mr. Malnati” himself because of how passionately he represents our brand and values. Whether he’s assisting a teammate, resolving a guest’s concern, or simply creating memorable moments, Paul consistently exceeds expectations. His positive attitude, genuine care for others, and dedication to excellence make him a true Rockstar and a valuable member of our team.”
Melissa also mentioned a recent experience that highlights just how true of a Rockstar Paul is –
“Recently, one of our dine in guests realized they had a flat tire. Paul saw the customers struggling to change their tire in our parking lot and ran to assist them. Paul is always prepared and had the right tools on hand to help get them back on the road!”
