It’s not often that customers email us to compliment an ENTIRE store, but a few weeks ago, we received a fabulous compliment for our Downers Grove Team!
The customer wrote:
“What a wonderful staff you have at this location!! My husband dropped an envelope containing several hundred dollars. Your honest, kind staff tracked us down by the pick-up time our order and phone number. Luis called us to tell us. When my husband went there to retrieve the cash, Luis adamantly refused a tip. You are so fortunate to have someone like Luis and the whole crew working for you. tracking us down had to be a group effort.”
This is the kind of experience that keeps our customers coming back again and again, and this customer in particular, is sure to never forget our excellent hospitality.
