Flat Tire in Wilmette

Earlier this month, Wilmette General Manager Matt Schnitzius helped a lady who had pulled into their parking lot due to having a flat tire. She wrote in to tell us about it!

She said,

“I wanted to take a moment to recognize one of your employees, Matt. I had happened to pull off the side of the road due to having a flat tire, and your kind-hearted employee Matt, took it upon himself to come out of the restaurant and help me change out my tire.

I hadn’t purchased anything at the restaurant, but Matt was so thoughtful and stepped away from what he was doing to help me in need.

I hope you take the time and recognize Matt for his willingness to go above and beyond for someone he hadn’t even met.

For this reason, I will make sure to frequent your restaurant in the near future.
