Recently, our Naperville team had their fall/winter season server department meeting.
To get everyone engaged before the meeting, Jenga trivia was used as a catalyst to jump-start everyone’s brains. The group was split into four teams with each team member taking turns pulling the blocks and reading them out loud. Each Jenga block had either a joke or a Malnati’s trivia question written on it. If a question was answered incorrectly, elimination was the outcome. Four additional blocks were also stacked that read, “You were caught on your cell phone! You’re out!”. The two teams that didn’t topple the Jenga received nice zipper pocket waiter wallets with their names on them, and a gift card to a local restaurant.
They had an awesome time! By the end, everyone was in good spirits for the meeting and ready to share ideas and questions!
