Culture Ingredients Surveys are coming your way!
This survey is an opportunity for you to share your honest, anonymous feedback on your experience working at Lou Malnati’s. We want to know how you feel about the culture, communication, whether or not you feel cared for and invested in, and improvements you’d like to see.
How do you take the Culture Ingredients Survey?
- If you work in one of our stores, you will receive a letter from your manager with a web link and a unique non-identifiable code to take the survey online.
- If you are a manager, or work in our Home Office, you will receive a link to complete a survey at your @loumalnatis.com email address.
- Remember, surveys are kept completely confidential!
- ALL SURVEYS MUST BE COMPLETED BY SUNDAY, JULY 19TH.
