Construction Underway at Lou Malnati’s St. Charles Location

We Are Set to Open a New Full-Service Restaurant This Fall

Construction has begun on Lou Malnati’s newest St. Charles location, transforming the 6,200 square-foot space in the outlot of the Fox Haven Square development at 3050 E. Main Street. The restaurant is expected to open in fall 2026.

The restaurant will include a main dining room, private dining area, full service bar and outdoor patio. Indoor seating is planned for 218 guests, with additional patio seating.

The new location will offer the full Lou Malnati’s experience: dine-in, carryout, delivery and catering services featuring our legendary deep dish pizza, thin crust, appetizers, salads, pastas and desserts.

“We’ve been really encouraged by the response from the St. Charles community since announcing this location, and we’re excited to officially begin construction,” said Julie Younglove-Webb, CEO. “As we transform this space, we’re thinking about the friends and families who will gather here. Bringing people together over our handmade deep dish is what drives us, and we look forward to opening our doors later this year.”

The renovation will take approximately five months, with the restaurant projected to open in fall 2026. The location will create an estimated 80-100 jobs.
