On June 28th, 2021, Matt Slater celebrated his 20 year anniversary with Lou Malnati’s!
Matt Slater started out as a delivery driver in Lincolnwood and has opened 5 new locations, including our first Wisconsin location, since! The team celebrated Matt’s dedication and hard work with a custom cake from Aireen Dungca, which was a perfect way to thank him for everything he has done for the Lou’s family.
