Long-time Team Member Colleen Feliciano recently celebrated her retirement!
A retirement party was held at our Gold Coast store to honor Colleen and her more than 30 years at Lou’s. She most recently served as General Manager of our Oak Park restaurant, where she continued to lead her people with the same values she held throughout her entire career. We could always count on Colleen to demonstrate our core values of THE GIFT and used that to help foster a family environment among her teams. She credits much of who she was as a leader to what she learned from the Malnati’s and the opportunities they created for her.

I was thrilled Jean was able to celebrate with me and my family as she’s been such an important role model. I will forever be grateful for the opportunities the Malnati’s provided. It has been my pleasure to work alongside an amazing group as we built this business together. I am wishing all the best as the company moves forward.”
