On January 9th, our Buffalo Grove Team volunteered at a PADS shelter site to help some of our neighbors in need.
The team brought and served some Lou’s pizzas and salad, helped set up the dining area, cleaned up, and also help set up their sleeping areas.
The shelter staff was very appreciative of their help and even shared some kind words about our crew with the shelter director.
“I wanted to let you know the volunteers from Malnati’s we’re outstanding. They were friendly, respectful, interested in the role PADS serves, eager to work and did their tasks well. It also appeared they enjoyed working with their Malnati’s teammates and other volunteers in this new environment. Malnati’s should be thanked not only for their donation of pizzas, but also for providing a great team of volunteers.”
