Our April Malnati Rockstar for Restaurants is Marlene from Our Oak Park team!
Marlene was nominated by General Manager Lauren Waithe (pictured together below). Lauren wanted to recognize Marlene for the overall spirit and dedication she brings to the store and everyone around her.

She has dedicated nine years to Lou’s as a cashier and consistently demonstrates reliability, professionalism, and heart in everything she does. Marlene is always eager to support her teammates, and her versatility allows her to step in and succeed across multiple departments wherever needed. She brings and infectious positive energy to Oak Park each day, creating meaningful connections with guests who genuinely look forward to seeing her. Even as a Packers fan, she has won over everyone here with her warmth and team-first mindset.
