Lou’s annual Manager Meeting was recently held at the Crowne Plaza in Rosemont, IL.Â
Leaders from all throughout the company, including all four markets and our support center, joined together for a day of celebration, recognizing, learning, team building, and more.
The group was reminded of all we accomplished in the previous year and all we will look to do in 2025. They also worked together in teams in the afternoon, competing against each other in four different team-building exercises that were led by Windy City Fieldhouse.
Other highlights from the day included the announcement of our Big Cheese winners, the winners of the Jean Malnati Miller and Kindness Rocks Awards, as well as milestone anniversary speeches & celebrations for those who were in attendance. Anniversary celebrations included the following individuals –

- Silvester Basave, General Manager (Bucktown) – 10 Years
- Joy Shaver, Assistant General Manager (Chandler) – 10 Years
- Patrick Burnett, Director of Facilities – 10 Years
- Maccabee Kelem, Assistant General Manager (Oak Park) – 10 Years
- Esteban De La Torre, Assistant Manager (Gold Coast) – 10 Years
- Amy Petty, Senior Director of People Operations & Talent – 10 Years
