As a part of our Tradition of Generosity, we are once again launching our annual Malnati Scholar Dollars program. This program allows us to invest in our greatest asset: Our people. In particular, we seek to aid in the growth of our team members who show exceptional drive both at work and in the classroom. “Growth” is a part of THE GIFT (Teamwork, Hospitality, Excellence, Growth, Integrity, Family, and Tradition), an acronym used to represent our core values as a company. We cherish the opportunity to not only invest in the higher education of our team members, but to see them flourish while taking the next steps in their lives. It’s our way of returning the same care and commitment the recipients have given us during their time at Lou’s.

Each application will also require two evaluation forms: one from a Store Manager and one from a District Manager. The recommendation form can be found here.
