We held our annual Leadership Retreat at Joe’s Live in Rosemont!
Lou’s leadership team, managers, and directors all gathered for a day of leadership training, team bonding, and a good deal of fun. There were many highlights of the day, perhaps none better than Palatine General Manager, Linda Gonzales winning the first-ever Lou Malnati’s Leader of the Year Award. The morning featured a guest speaker and the afternoon included speeches from several of our Lou Malnati’s leaders. Always great to get so many of our amazing people together to learn and grow. Take a look at all the photos from the day below!
