Lincolnwood and Lake Forest!
Our Lincolnwood Team is led by GM Mike Van Alstin, Libby Jost, Laura Darlington, and Gil Lopez. In 2018, they were also joined by Luis Zuniga, Catherine Kheyo, and Manny Garcia.
Our Lincolnwood Team celebrated excellent overall culture scores in 2018, highlighted by the fact that 93% of their staff would recommend Lou’s as a place to work. Additionally, the team developed three MITs into managers: Gerardo Roa, Catherine Kheyo, and Gil Lopez.
Our Lake Forest Team is led by GM Nick Kichka and Joe D’Angelo. Aaron Eisenberg was also a part of this team in 2018.

Today, we are recognizing these stores and their managers for winning the 2018 Jean Malnati Miller Award, but we also recognize ALL of our managers for their hard work, dedication, care, and love for our people and our company.
