Join us in celebrating the inaugural winners of our new Big Cheese award!

The Big Cheese was recently introduced at the annual Manager Meeting, where Chief Operating Officer Jeff Harman recognized a few leaders who are delivering on our commitment to provide our guests with perfect pizzas when promised. We will continue doing this throughout the year, naming the recognition “The Big Cheese”, which will celebrate one GM per region each period. The winning GM is the one who achieved best in class results.

The winners will receive a piece of custom Lou’s swag as well as bragging rights!

Meet our first Big Cheese winners from P3 and P4 below, read about their achievements and hear from their District Managers. Congrats to all the deserving winners!

Eddie keeps his staff informed through amazing pre=shifts and his weekly broadcast boards. Every member of the staff knows the results, the goals, and how they will deliver. This has kept CV running consistently high FQ scores and they continue to improve delivery times. I am amazed by how he is always determined to get it right for his guests, his staff, and himself.
