We recently celebrated our 53rd anniversary at the Support Center in Buffalo Grove!
Jean, Marc, & Rick Malnati joined us at our Support Center to treat our team members to some of their favorite stories from our 53-year history. Roughly 40 people attended the event to learn more about our history and how opening our Lincolnwood store in 1971 ended up leading to 80 locations in four markets, as well as the origins of Tastes of Chicago, which has made us a nationally recognized brand. They also enjoyed some iconic Lou’s menu items, many of which were inspired/created by team members throughout the years.
