“Lori has been a server of ours for a little over a year, and she is embodying every core value of Lou Malnati’s. She is happy to come to work, and she treats every table of hers as family. Lori will take time to talk to her guest and even sometimes pull a chair over to have a conversation during the low periods. She has been a huge asset to the Lakewood location because she can get anywhere from 10-20 Tattle comments in a day. This plays a huge role in boosting our Tattle sores, and she takes pride in making sure she gets those responses. She will even check with the manager that night or the next day to see how her comments were. Lori is a delight to have in the restaurant and we are happy to have her part of the Lou’s Team.”

This month’s Malnati Rockstar is Lori from our Lakewood (IL) team! 

Lori was nominated by her manager Nick Behrens, who is impressed with how quickly Lori has embraced Lou Malnati’s culture. She has made an immediate, positive impact on the team at Lakewood, and here’s what Nick had to say about her:
