Lou’s Manager at Naperville-95th Street received kind words after talking to a customer.
John Peace, a manager at the store took time out of his busy day to interact with a customer who looked like they were in need of it. As it turns out, the customer appreciated the interaction greatly and took to Birdeye to leave this review:
“I recently lost my father. This tragedy has been a dark cloud over me. I walked in and within a few minutes the manager [John] figured out something was wrong. He talked to me for over 20 minutes. Excellent service that goes beyond food service and just being a great person. This place has always been great, and this only reaffirms that even more. Thanks for being there when I was in a low moment.”
We want to recognize John for making such an impact on this customer’s day. John honored our core values and displayed such great care and hospitality toward a customer in his community. It sets a great example of what Lou’s has stood by for over half a century. It’s a reminder to all our team members the impact we can have on those in our communities just by taking a few minutes out of our day.
Thank you, John. Kindness Rocks!
