A Texas Twist was brought to Gold Coast
The store hosted a private event for Visit Fort Worth. We partnered with the group as they showcased Fort Worth to their Chicago-based clients. A triple Lou theme, the group wanted to leverage the opportunity to play off a well-known Chicago brand with a Texas twist to display unexpected aspects of their city’s culinary and music scene. They invited one of their local chefs, Lou Lambert, along with local artist Lou Charles. Charles performed as the musical act while Lambert helped put the Texas spin on one of our pizzas.
