Our Jean Malnati Miller award is awarded to the carry out and restaurant that best represent Jean’s spirit of genuine care, warmth and generosity.
The annual winner is determined by using selective criteria that combine to represent our core values; THE GIFT (Teamwork, Hospitality, Excellence, Growth, Integrity, Family and Tradition).
To win, a store must post the highest combined scores in three critical areas: Our staff, our customers, and continued growth of the store (profitability).
These areas have been an integral part of our company for more than 50 years, which is why we award these stores for doing such a terrific job in each area combined. It is not enough to be great in just one area.
The categories are:
- JOIN: Internal Net Promoter Score: Would our team recommend Lou Malnati’s as a place to work?
- HOSPITALITY: New Promoter Score: Would our customers recommend Lou Malnati’s as a place to eat?
- GROW: Development of our people
- PROFITABILITY
