This month’s Malnati Rockstar is Brandy from Gilbert!
Brandy’s General Manager, Samantha Feliciano shared these very kind words about her team member and what makes her a Malnati Rockstar:
“Brandy has shown excellent customer service from day one. Literally every costumer she comes in contact with (curbside, in the lobby, or out on delivery) leaves her a 5-star review for her service. She leads by the best example of giving true hospitality and she has modeled it for the rest of our PHC team. Brandy is also the first to roll up her sleeves and help others. She’ll volunteer to do everyone’s sidework and cleaning and, if there was a way, I’m sure she would clone herself to continue helping out at other locations. She has recently worked extra at both Mesa and Chandler to help in their times of need.”
Talk about someone who is the total embodiment of what it means to be a team member and someone who represents Lou’s in all the best ways!
