Our Gilbert team celebrated being the top scoring new carryout based on our 2022 Top Workplace Culture Survey results
Managers Samantha and Joy along with their team took some time to recognize their outstanding results in our 2022 Top Workplace Culture Survey. They were rated the highest among new carry out stores, and their survey feedback is certainly reflective of that.
“My co-workers and managers always have my back,” one team member said. “Even if someone messes up, we all put in the effort to correct the mistake and move forward. Everyone here always says hello and goodbye, which makes the bond feel really close.”
