This month’s Malnati Rockstar is Breanna from Greenfield!
Breanna’s General Manager, Manny Goldsmith, had some very kind words to share about his team member.
“The passion and energy she puts into the rewards program with guests up front is outstanding,” Goldsmith said. “I can count on her standing up front with an iPad every shift discussing rewards and our new medium pizza promo as her selling point with every guest. I would say she is responsible for a solid 80% of the new sign ups we’ve generated. Since the program started, we have seen our rewards participation jump from 32%-40% and this is primarily because of the effort Breanna has put in. I think we have definitely found our new marketing intern!”
