This month’s Malnati Rockstars are Carlos and Eric from Phoenix!
This month, a customer wrote in to tell us about multiple positive experiences at our Arizona locations. He said,
“When I started on the Chicago PD it was the same year your firm began. I commend you for the consistency and superior
taste and service. We retired to Arizona 4 years ago and on my birthday, your camelback location is my choice and we celebrate there. We did this year and it was great, Carlos was terrific with service, and the manager Kenny, I believe came from Oak Lawn, was extremely accommodating.
On fathers day my daughter ordered 5 pizzas for pick up at your Arcadia (56th st) location, Upon arrival the staff apologized as somehow, the pizzas were not right?? SO they told her it would be another 25 minutes…. BUT your folks didn’t charge her and apologized for the inconvenience. The pizzas were as usual wonderful and tasty. I want to tell you how great your teams are out here. They are as wonderful as those I’ve encountered over the decades in Chicago. In fact my brother, retired, in Carmel Indiana is boasting of your location recently opened near him in Carmel. So thank you and your wonderful crew, God bless your whole family and staff.”
