This month’s Malnati Rockstar is Carson from Joliet!
A customer went to pick up dinner at our Joliet location on a very cold and snowy night. They wrote in to tell us about their amazing experience, despite the weather.
“I wanted to acknowledge the young man who was doing curbside pickup tonight (1/15) around 6:25. He accidentally stepped in a big, cold, icy, slushy puddle in the parking lot while bringing my order out to my car. He smiled and tried to laugh it off, but we all know having cold, wet shoes/socks is pretty much THE WORST. Kudos to him for not losing his cool (as I totally would’ve). He still delivered my order with a smile. He’s a rockstar! Excellent customer service in an awful situation.”
